We Ended at the Start

Skin gets darker, Hair gets lighter, Yes! It's SUMMER!

Misamis Occidental for Summer vacation here we are.

Fresh air Fresh air, Oh! It's you I need,

For the City where I live is a polluted place, indeed.

I arrived home with a fresh looking face,

Away from the City of trouble and stress.

Settling down, still I need to cope up with the place,

Cause It's been a long time since I've been at peace.

Here comes my cousin asking me to go out,

Cause he thinks I'm beautiful and he wanna give it a shout.

Then I saw this tall, dark, handsome and masculine guy,

My heart skips a beat for a stranger, the apple of my eye.

We go out together and enjoy each other, and it was all the sign,

Never ever imagined I'd be his and he'd be mine.

Then on seeing each other is what makes our day,

I wish this relationship will be stronger every hour of everyday.

Summer's about to end but no, not the love we've cherished together,

This is not goodbye but see you soon, My dear Lover.

Long distance wouldn't change my feelings not even a bit.

So I tell you, As I come back I'll be bringing this love with me, COMPLETE.

I've lost my map reader. I can't find my way back to you,

For this love I know became a love I once knew.

My foolish heart stopped beating for you,

For it beats on someone new. And I'm sorry to you.

I've been feeling something I've never felt,

And then in a sudden, I knew it was guilt.

How could someone like me break your heart,

Look at us now, WE ENDED AT THE START.

Waiting for Sunset
